Privacy information
When you submit an inquiry, we store your name, email, optional WhatsApp number, message, and submission time to respond to your request. Our administrator can view and remove inquiry records.
AI questions
If you use our AI assistant and give consent, your question and relevant text from this website are sent to DeepSeek for a generated answer. We do not send your inquiry contact details to the AI service. Avoid entering passport details, payment information, or other sensitive information.
The Chat on WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, where its privacy terms apply. When WhatsApp notifications are configured, a short inquiry notification may be sent to the site administrator; notification delivery is separate from storing your inquiry.
Cookies and security
The management area uses a session cookie to keep the administrator signed in. Short-lived request limits help prevent abuse. These are not advertising cookies.
Registered travel accounts
Registration stores your name, email address, a salted password hash, registration date and account status. Your email is a sign-in identifier and is not verified at this time. We do not store your password in plain text. An essential session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days; signing out or disabling your account ends access. Registered users can read the practical guides. Contact us to request removal of your account. Please keep a copy of your password: automated email recovery is not available yet.
Your information
Contact us through the contact page to request access to or removal of your inquiry. Inquiry records are retained for up to 365 days unless needed to resolve an active request, and are then removed by the website service.
